The Saddleworth Rangers Girls rugby team had a memorable experience as mascots at Wembley Stadium for the Women’s Challenge Cup Final, wearing kits sponsored by Amari Plastics Manchester. They later thanked sponsor Nicola Robinson in person before an Oldham vs. Barrow match. The team, established in 2020 but disrupted by COVID-19, relaunched last year and is preparing for development fixtures with plans to join a competitive league next season.
