E-scooter driver, 52, suffers 'life-changing' injuries in crash with Mercedes

DC Aarron Cramer of Greater Manchester Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit stated: “A 52 year old male has suffered life-changing injuries and whilst the driver of Mercedes remained at the scene, we are working to establish the circumstances of the collision.”
