An egg-stra treat for worthy causes in Oldham

Rotary Oldham Metro delivered 600 Easter eggs to community groups across the borough this week, bringing seasonal cheer to children and families in need.
Metro President Jack Wild led the distribution effort alongside members Garvin Crabtree and Gunvant Kumpavat, making stops at Reel CIC, Greenhill Community, Sholver Community, J.A.M., Young Carers, Salvation Army Fitton Hill, Help in Chadderton, Oldham Hospital Children’s Ward and Stoneleigh Park in Derker.
“It was so heartening and nice to see so many smiling faces when our team distributed the eggs,” Wild said.
