Vincent Curley, 92, died peacefully in Bedford Hospital on 12 January; his funeral will be held at Bedford Crematorium on 16 February with donations to Age UK Bedfordshire.
Vincent Curley, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully at Bedford Hospital on January 12, 2026, at the age of 92.
Curley was the devoted husband of the late Edith Curley (née Sutton) and leaves behind his sons Mark and Grant, daughters-in-law Sheila and Linda, and cherished grandchildren Alex, Ellen, and Nathan. He was the brother of the late Edward Curley and is remembered as a beloved uncle and loyal friend to many.
Throughout his life, Curley was a familiar presence in the communities of Heyside, Royton, Birch Avenue in Chadderton, and Grendon Underwood, Buckinghamshire.
His funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026, at Bedford Crematorium, Norse Road, Bedford, MK41 0RL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Age UK Bedfordshire.
