Both pages sit within a wider dashboard that also covers bin calendars, council-tax balance checks, and free-school-meal applications, reflecting the council's own data that most residents who ask for one service end up needing two more.

Staff say the redesign is a direct response to last January's spike in calls when sudden snow and a cost-of-living payment clash hit on the same day; whether the new layout actually cuts waiting times will be measured after the first predicted cold snap next month.
