Rigg Tech Ltd Seeks Licence for New Manchester Operating Centre

Rigg Tech Ltd has applied to the Traffic Commissioner for a licence to use Mitre Street, Manchester M35 9BY as an operating centre for two goods vehicles and zero trailers.

The company, based at Unit E3, Springfield Industrial Estate, Samuel Street, Manchester M35 0GA, also proposes to use Plot 1, Tweedale Way, Oldham OL9 7LD as an additional operating centre for the same fleet size.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near either proposed operating centre who believe their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected have 21 days from the date of this notice to submit written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.

Representors must simultaneously send a copy of their objections to the applicant at the Springfield Industrial Estate address.
