Oldham officers have secured charges against three men relating to burglary and vehicle thefts

Three men from Manchester have been charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, and theft from a motor vehicle. Callum McManus faces additional charges including assault with intent to resist arrest and dangerous driving. They are set to appear in court on 28 June 2025. Police have requested residents in Failsworth and Chadderton to review CCTV footage from 25-26 June for suspicious activity.

Three Manchester men will stand before Manchester & Salford Magistrates Court today charged with a spree of overnight burglaries and car thefts that police believe stretched across Failsworth and Chadderton.

Callum McManus, 20, of Amos Street; Ismail Yisa, 23, of Chariot Street; and Pedro Uwumarogie, 18, of Lamburn Avenue, face counts of burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle. McManus faces additional charges of assault with intent to resist arrest, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and using a vehicle without third-party insurance.

Detectives are appealing for residents and business owners who were in Failsworth and Chadderton overnight between 25 and 26 June to review their CCTV footage, particularly anyone who noticed unlocked doors, damaged windows or unfamiliar figures loitering near homes or vehicles.
