Oldham firm achieves Gold Medal in the 2024 EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment
Armacell's Oldham plant has been awarded a Gold Medal in the 2024 EcoVadis sustainability assessment, placing it in the top 5% of companies globally. The assessment evaluates companies on Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
Armacell’s Oldham manufacturing facility has secured a Gold Medal in the 2024 EcoVadis sustainability assessment, placing the foam producer among the top 5% of more than 130,000 companies evaluated worldwide.
The Gold Medal recognition positions the plant in the 97th percentile globally, reflecting its comprehensive management systems for policy development, implementation and results reporting across four key evaluation areas: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

EcoVadis, established in 2007, conducts assessments across 180 countries and 220 industries, making it the world’s largest and most trusted sustainability rating provider. The Oldham facility’s achievement underscores Armacell’s position as a global leader in flexible foam for equipment insulation and engineered foams.
