Greater Manchester Police are seeking a man in connection with the theft of a £1,500 cruise control radar from a vehicle at the Royal Oldham Hospital on July 12, 2024, between 17:30 and 20:45. The victim was attending an appointment with his pregnant wife at the time. Authorities have released an image of the suspect and urge anyone with information to contact them via 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously.
