Man from Wigan charged after disturbance at a property on Dicconson Lane, Westhoughton

Philip Lee Owen from Wigan has been charged with multiple serious offences including false imprisonment, threats to kill, and child neglect following a disturbance at a property on Dicconson Lane, Westhoughton. He has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court on 13 April 2026.

This charge comes after officers were called to reports of a disturbance at a house on Dicconson Lane, Westhoughton at around 2am on Friday 10 April 2026.
