Man due in court to face charges which include threats to kill and false imprisonment
A 40-year-old man named Samuel McConkie from Oldham has been charged with multiple serious offenses, including false imprisonment, threats to kill, ABH, criminal damage, breach of a restraining order, and possession of a class A drug, following an incident on Counthill Road in Oldham on August 25. He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Tameside Magistrates' Court.
Samuel McConkie, 40, will stand before Tameside Magistrates today accused of false imprisonment, threats to kill, actual bodily harm, criminal damage, breaching a restraining order and possessing a class A drug.
Police say the charges stem from an incident on Counthill Road, Oldham, on Monday, 25 August.
McConkie, of Angelico Rise, Oldham, has been held in custody since his arrest and was remanded to appear before the court this morning.
