Man charged with several assaults in Rochdale
A man named Jamie Creevy has been charged with multiple assaults, including a S20 assault, S47 assault, and non-fatal strangulation, involving one victim between October 2024 and January 2025. He has been remanded and is set to appear before Manchester Crown Court on February 28, 2025.
Jamie Creevy, 36, of Henry Street, Rochdale, stands accused of a string of assaults against one victim spanning four months, prosecutors revealed Saturday.
Creevy faces one count each of Section 20 assault, Section 47 assault and non-fatal strangulation for alleged incidents between October 2024 and January 2025. After making his first appearance in court earlier today, he was remanded in custody and ordered to appear at Manchester Crown Court on Friday, 28 February 2025.
