Oldham voices still count on eye care, translation and funding rules as NHS GM keeps listening.

Oldham residents can still influence how eye care, translation help and treatment rules are shaped across Greater Manchester, even though two big consultations on IVF and adult ADHD have already closed.

NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care says it wants views on how interpreters are booked and how people with sight problems move between hospital and community clinics.

The same body is also reviewing its Individual Funding Request Service, the panel that decides whether patients can receive drugs or operations not routinely paid for by the NHS.

Monthly public board meetings, held in the open and with support offered to anyone who needs help to attend, remain the main place where papers and decisions are explained.

All documents on the engagement site can be translated, read aloud or simplified through the Recite Me toolbar, and the engagement team will post or email large-print, easy-read or Braille copies on request.
