Drugs charges and possession of criminal assets were secured following incident in Oldham
A 27-year-old man, Jamal Taylor, has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal assets following a disturbance on Vulcan Street in Oldham. He has been remanded and will appear in court on 14 March 2025. Police continue to appeal for information, CCTV, or dashcam footage related to the incident.
Oldham Man Charged After Vulcan Street Disturbance
An investigation into a disturbance on Vulcan Street, Oldham, on 5 February has led to charges against a 27-year-old man.
Jamal Taylor, of no fixed address, was arrested and later charged with:
- possession with intent to supply a Class A drug
- possession of criminal property
He was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Crown Court on 14 March.
Although a charge has been secured, detectives continue to appeal for witnesses. Anyone who saw the disturbance, or who has CCTV, mobile-phone or dash-cam footage, is asked to contact police on 0161 856 9577, quoting log 886 of 06/02/25.
