The Lumb Lane-based haulage company wants to base its fleet at The Old Gasworks on Higginshaw Lane, Oldham OL2 6HQ, according to a public notice issued this week.
Anyone living or working near the proposed depot who believes the operation would affect their use or enjoyment of their property can submit written objections to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE. Objectors must also send a copy of their representations to Allied TS Ltd at Lumb Lane Yard, Lumb Lane, Audenshaw M34 5WX. The commissioner’s office has guidance available for those wishing to make representations.
