Oldham youth invited to share mental health spaces for 2026
Greater Manchester residents including those in Oldham are invited to submit entries for Children's Mental Health Week running from 9 to 15 February 2026. The campaign asks young people to identify spaces that improve their wellbeing and foster a sense of belonging. Submissions may take the form of writing, images, videos, or artwork and can be made individually or by groups. Selected contributions will be exhibited at the Horsfall gallery during the annual 'The Future is Ours' festival. The initiative is led by 42nd Street Mental Health Charity and aligns with the national Place2Be theme 'This Is My Place'. Entries must be emailed to [email protected] no later than 20 March 2026. Specific arrangements for physical artwork delivery are available upon prior email contact.
