Albion Farm Shop in Delph, Oldham, faces liquidation after Hirst Family Trading Ltd published notice in The London Gazette. A virtual creditor meeting is scheduled for April 23 at 2.15pm to consider liquidator nomination and liquidation committee formation. The farm shop, rated 4.4 stars from 1,900+ reviews, was passed to Laura Hirst under LJ Albion & Sons Ltd. The family-run business, operating for 17 years since 2009, recently launched online ordering and faced licensing challenges for its Turkey Shed venue. Zane Collins of Rushtons Insolvency Limited has been appointed to handle the liquidation process.
