Housebuilder Redrow has opened a fully furnished 'view home' at its Bishop Meadows development between Royton and Shaw, giving potential buyers a chance to see exactly what they're getting before committing to a purchase.

The four-bedroom Windsor property has been kitted out with all the trimmings-flooring, curtains, light fittings, blinds, and wardrobes in the main bedroom-so visitors can walk through and imagine living there.

Steve Jackson, Redrow's regional sales director, said the view home gives buyers 'a blank canvas to envisage how they would put their own design stamp on the house'.

The development will eventually include more than 200 homes, five acres of green space, and its own orchard, with the Windsor property currently available to reserve for £435,000.

Redrow is offering two schemes to help buyers-the Key Worker Deposit Contribution provides up to £25,000 towards a deposit, while the Movemaker scheme takes the stress out of selling an existing property.
