New headteacher Susie Fraser takes charge at Hathershaw College Oldham

Hathershaw College has appointed Susie Fraser as its new headteacher, bringing in a local leader with deep roots in Oldham and a track record of improving schools across the North West.

Fraser, who grew up in Oldham, takes over at a crucial time for the college, which is part of The Pinnacle Learning Trust. She previously led Manchester Communication Research School since 2019, where she helped teachers and school leaders implement evidence-based practices to boost student outcomes.
