Everything we know about Oldham's new market

Oldham's new indoor market, simply called The Market, is set to open on March 28, marking the end of an era for Tommyfield Market which has served the town since the 1990s. The last day of trading at the old indoor market will be March 21, with around 70 traders preparing to move into the new £2.3m facility. Crossley's Fish has already shown off its new space with specialist fittings for fishmongers, while Mary's Bedding and Towels is also confirmed to be relocating.
