Man wanted on prison recall in Oldham and Rochdale

Police are hunting for 52-year-old Bernard Ward who's wanted on recall to prison and has connections to both Oldham and Rochdale. Greater Manchester Police have launched a public appeal to track down Ward, who's believed to be in the local area.

The force took to social media to ask for help finding Ward, who's described as having links to both towns. Officers are concerned about his whereabouts and want to speak with him as soon as possible.

Anyone who spots Ward or knows where he might be is being urged to contact police immediately. The appeal comes as part of standard procedures when someone breaches their prison release conditions.
