Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to about an aggravated burglary in Royton in which a pensioner was seriously assaulted, Manchester Evening News reports. The suspect is believed to have travelled by bus from Manchester city centre to Church Walk, pushed his way inside and demanded bank cards and PIN numbers while holding a weapon, between 5pm and 6pm on Friday October 30.

Detective Inspector Terina Arthern, of the Oldham Division, said: "This was a terrifying ordeal for an elderly victim to go through."
