Two teams from the company took part in fundraising activities, including a golf day where they braved poor weather to show their support. That act of honesty led to a job offer, and he has since built a long career with the firm, highlighting how small gestures can lead to lasting opportunities.

HPP has also been helping Saddleworth School pupils gain valuable interview experience as part of longer-term career and education guidance. The company recently hosted sessions that gave students practical skills and confidence for their future choices.
