A62 Oldham Way closed until 25th September among roadworks affecting Oldham
Drivers were warned about 25 affected roads across Greater Manchester this week, including Oldham, with closures causing delays.

Drivers in Oldham are facing disruption on routes in the borough as part of 25 roads affected by roadworks across Greater Manchester this week.
The A62 Oldham Way in both directions is closed due to roadworks at Manchester Street (Manchester Street roundabout) until 25th September.
In Royton, the A671 Rochdale Road Northbound is closed due to roadworks from B6195 Middleton Road to Radcliffe Street until 29th January 2027. Temporary traffic lights are also in place on the B6195 Middleton Road in both directions between Shepherd Street and A671 Rochdale Road until 29th January 2027.
In Greenfield, temporary traffic lights are in place due to gas main work on the A635 Manchester Road in both directions between The Nook and A669 Chew Valley Road until 0:00 on 14th September. In Delph, temporary traffic lights are in place due to gas main work on the A6052 Denshaw Road in both directions between Pingle Lane and Slack Lane until 0:00 on 12th October.
